Submitted around may, received a letter that they do have technical issues. Submitted request again last july 29 got an email the following day. Generated date is july 29 as well. When they emailed me first week of july they said that issues will be resolved end of july. So I guess it is...

Congrats! Wow tagal ng extension ng meds mo ha. In our case 1 week lang binigay sa amin kaya naman one week lang ang prep ni hubby tapos lipad na siya. Pick up ni hubby yung passport nya ng oct. 31 tapos lipad siya ng nov. 5 kasi til nov 7 lang binigay sa kanya na validity ng visa.

Letter was dated october 16. Our ecas changed to in process and decision made within the same day. On the same day, they called hubby and ask hubby if he can leave before Nov 7, he said yes and they asked him to pick up his passport last oct. 31. He attended Pdos after picking up his passport...
