Today I got an update from the attorney that my WP was approved. The pdf document shows the dated as 5/9. Waiting for my passport now. There is movement .. everybody should hope to see progress. Good luck to rest you who all are waiting. Mine received date Feb 15.

I live in Seattle. Air fare are high for me to NY. Also, the other think I was wondering what if they have already courier it. So for sure will they notify by email as soon as they decide or approve?

Mine is Feb 15th. No update yet. Yes, no movement after Feb 13th for the last two weeks. NY consulate doesn't care about our mental pressure waiting for our passports at least even without the WP :D if they have online status options that would ease things a lot. All we can do now is pray...

Any body heard update after Feb 13th? My attorneys got an update yesterday that they are still processing Feb 15th received apps. Wondering the volume of apps they might received. :'(

just sharing my thought, if you need to wait and running out of 6 years time in US talk to your employer attorney to apply a B2 (visitor visa) change of status. But you can't work. you can stay in US for waiting for WP temporarily..

hey, I have been told there are no options to expedite the WP process.. Is it not true?

I need to ask my attorney on Monday to ask for an update since they are dealing. I was wondering once the final process is done will they notify me or my attorney.
