Usually Scarborough office give Oath letter for very next day. But in some cases within 1-2 weeks.

I sent my file to IRCC in Dec 2017 and they received it in Jan 2018. Mississauga office... In process from March 2019. Received test invites in April 2019 and they moved my file to Scarborough. Now I am waiting for Oath.

I also heard that Mississauga office is transferring their files to Scarborough this days and Scarborough office is fast enough to send the test invites those who are waiting to write the test since more than 12 months...

Hi Actually two email I have received. First : in this email I have received ciip brochures and one letter asking for medical , Rprf, valid original passport s. Second : Forms for medical. They have not asked for fund snd pcc. Why ????? I don't know. Seniors please advise.
