i Can ask indian embassy but only my passport has showing my place of brith..delhi. rest i don;t have any proof. do you think they will issue birth certi...just behalf on that. Thanks

Yes i birth registered in delhi. affidavit give it already with full doc...but they still asking for that,,, PLEASE advise me if there is any other option.. I would realy thank full to you all.

As per my information . you have to apply PCC to local indian embasssy in country you living now . that will be acceptable . you can see this information on ICI Website. how to obtain PCC. which visa office you are going to apply ?.. Hope its help.. Best of luck
