As of now I am not too concerned about job prospects and fully concentrating on completion of immigration process. From the limited visibility of canadian job market, my assessment is that there are jobs in building infrastructure and oil and gas sector. But not as many as there are in middle...

Thats great to know dear. Have you rceived another email with instructions for medical. In my MR email i was told i will get another email with instructions which i havent got yet. Do you know from where we need to get the medical done??

Finally i got my MR, PCC & RPRF. My timeline mentioned in profile info visa office london. Question is that my 2nd line not updated in ECAS. Is that normal

I did get a photo request on 6-Feb-2015. They have asked for right of permanent residence fee, medical results, updated information chart (chart is attached with email), copy of passport biopages and police clearance certificates.

No sir. I was told that PCCs are valid for about 6 months so no point sending with the application. Hopefully you will also get the MR any time after the week end. God speed

We have got about the same timeline me and you. I reckon your MR will be just around the corner mate

Finally got MR tonight along with request for police clearance certificates and few other things. Visa officer BWJ Happy days... No 2nd line update though. Hope this is normal

Congratulations mate. Me and a couple of my other friends are applying from Muscat. Our medical requests are still awaited.
