I have only good news for you. You will get the full score in work experience (21 points) since you have 4+ years of exp. so don't worry about that. There is no problem at all if you change position/occupation or even field, so go ahead and look for a job and don't worry about the title. Good luck

Dear moksh2k7, There are many applicants who apply in May & June and didn't receive any reply from the CIO. I am a June 14th applicant and still waiting. Search the forum for threads of applicants after 26-june and join it. Good luck

Are you in or out of Canada ? If you are already working in Canada on a work permit then the situation is different, you might be able to use a PNP program to migrate.

I can't think of any other reason Faisal, although this looks very stupid by the CIO, I think that's the way they handle it.
