Hello navvy.. try to get an appointment with any other DMP. they might accept it. Usually passport officer would accept endorsement of surname. I had endorsed my surname in the passport. i didnt face any issue at Regional passport office.

thank u benjamin.. and same to u.... i am little confused about the process after sending the passports... as per the following link it might take an average 3 months for background checks... then what did they do between after changing ecas to Inprocess and before sending medical request...

hi CAforCA... i have received the medical request and it is mentioned about new passports for my kid. Is it okay to get the new passports after medicals are taken? after the medicals i can apply for a new one for him and submit the same once i get the passport request. pls advise...

hi guys... i have received my medical request scanned copies from my consultant. hard copy yet to be received thru courier... in the letter it is dated 18-10-2010. that means almost 12 days are over. still i have to wait until i get the original one to take the medical test..
