Not intending to discourage you but I feel october applicants may not even make into 300 cap for 2131. Civil is in good demand there. They may even raise the cap.....so if everything is in hand then you can send it ....only courier charges are at stake......all the best

as per latest CAP update there are 8 NOCs for which the applications are even less than or equal to 6.assuming these 8 NOCs will have not have more than 25 applications per NOCs on average for current year. so these NOCs will occupy total of 200 applications towards overall CAP...so remaining 16...

in my opinion if your entry is within 75 rows of 2131 in spreadsheet untill 2131 reaches cap....you have a chance to get maple leaf... :D

I too am of the same view that the cap update is linked to the applications received in august and not just the june....even the less number of applications against hot NOCs in last update also indicate that it is from august(when every one has gave up) and not june when the NOCs where not known...

from excel sheet, we can make out that cic processed around 20 to 25 applications(updates) per day. of which around 11 applications where from the hot NOC,S. so now if they work on the remaining NOC with the same efficiency. we can expect the application to move at double speed from...
