For the first question, I think it depends on the officer handling your file, like my case I saw 3rd line on sunday morning and got rprf and ppr on Teusday (within 48hrs). I suggest you wait for the rprf and ppr email.

Good, just try to write a cover letter about your child medical request. When they asked you to pay the RPRF didnt the VO ask you to send your passport together, because I noticed they do request for the two together.

@ alta.province have you tried to send email to Vienna about your child medical request issue? if yes, what was their response? I dont think babies undergo security checking and their medical is only physical check up and collection of pampers to determine urine test nothing more. You can send...
