Mine reached on Dec 1, NO CC charged and no application package (return) in the mail.

Do you think you can qualify for the express entry, especially if you have foreign experience? I am so sorry for this. We make our best effort to submit a perfect application for cic but yet still make some mistakes.

Is it enough to provide degree completion certificate rather than transcripts in addition to the WES report?

Wow!. I wish I saw this before I sent my application. My IELTS was also sealed in an envelope and addressed to CIC. I also wrote IELTS on the Envelope. I thought it shows better originality when submitted sealed, just like transcripts. Regardless this should really never count against anyone...

That sounds good for folks. My main concern is for folks (PhD student) with only RA/TA experience just like many of us here. The Express entry made it clear that job experience acquired concurrently with full time study is invalid. Correct me if I am wrong.
