Does anyone have any idea about FBI name searches?! I heard that if someone's fingerprints are rejected twice, s/he would be eligible for a name search within 90 days of the last rejection letter date. Any info on that matter?!

It'd make more sense if you complete the sentence: whichever is most recent i.e. if you're over 28 at the time of application, then only the last 10 years count. If you're 28 (like me) then both are the same (last 10 years = since the age of 18). If you're younger, then only since you were 18...

YES they do charge your credit card even if your fingerprints are rejected (I'm positive about that)

29th Sep. - interesting!! I recall a post of a member indicating that it took them a whole week just opening that day's requests. Maybe that's what's taking so long?! Hopefully we'll get our reports soon. I'm already thinking of the possibility of asking for yet ANOTHER extension from CPC-Ottawa...
