Hello Sahil, it's really hard to say regarding timelines. It use to be 24 months previously but I don't know about know. The best bet for you will be to call iad office in Toronto and talk to your case worker. They will be the best people to give you answer on timelines. Hope this help. Take care

Hi Shuaibks it means that person who has been sponsored from aboard is just in relationship to get entry into canada. According to this subsection primary reason for the marriage is entry. If I am wrong please senior forum members please correct me.

Hi Mohsoh, they replied to mps office that file has been reopened and it's in process. In couple of weeks I am going to ask the mps office to send a another query. So let's see what update we get at that time.
