idefix bro , i think once ur payment is refused .... application will be automatically out of processing , may be out of the completeness cap who knows that is just assumption. As they update the caps weekly might be they are doing all these changes before updating the overall caps

Idefix bro application is processed under section 8 ,9,10,11,12,13 and 14 . The above one is section 8 that is completeness check .
