Hello and welcome here! Decision made means that you're able to sponsor your husband, and your file has been sent to Vienna office. :) Now, officers in Vienna don't have any obligation to answer you during the period of processing your application, and for Vienna it's 14+ months. :-\...

Really?! What the f...?! They are unbelievable! Because nada3 husband went there in person maybe 2 weeks ago, and they told him that they DO NOT provide this service for visas for permanent residents! Now they told you they do... I am confused. >:(

Unfortunately, you cann't send your passport through VAC in Belgrade, they don't provide this kind of service, although on their website they say they do. :-\

The best thing you did is that you sent it! ;D I am sure they'd ask for a new one! :D

For us who are not from Belgrade, it is really a whole day.

The worst thing is that you wait as in any other hospital! I remember, they scheduled me for 9.15 am, I was there at 9 already, but my examination started about 10.40! >:( Than, after blood test, you wait more 15-20 minutes for doctor to examine you. And after all, you do chest X rays in public...

I paid exactly 135e, chest xray and laboratory tests together. :) But I didn't pay anything for DHL, they didn't ask for it. Mine was scheduled 7 days after I called them.

Well, nada3 waited 65 days after medical, Totonto ASAP still waits also. As I am. :( Who knows what's going on actually... But, don't worry, just schedule medical, because they send results immediately online, not by post office.

Dear Milance, at first, I didn't know Vienna works today! >:( I did my first medical on 6th of November 2012., and Vienna asked me to redo it on 7th of February 2014. I did it 14th February in IOM center in Belgrade. It costs 135e, but I didn't need any photos, they photographed me by itselves...

Well, I know for at least four of them who are members of this forum. :( And who knows how many people are just reading this forum, without registering and writing as we do... And from January 2013, there are about 7 - 10 of us registered here who are still waiting.
