You too have the word final and no extra sentence !! do u think it differs based on the visa officer ? Applicants who got their PER letter in Feb. 2013, plz update us on this issue

And the question now is when did they first start to issue that slightly modified form of the PER letter, this might help understanding any implications or consequences of that modification ?

Yes, the visa office is what is really responsible, but why do u think they have done that modification, do u think they are trying to avoid possible appeals or complains from people who get rejected by the visa office after having that letter that says "positive FINAL...." !?

ummmm, so now we are sure they changed the letter wording, for sure they did that for a purpose ! ::)

For those who got PER letters, especially early applicants, do u have the following exact paragraph in your letters or it is different, especially the last colored sentence? "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of...

Finally got my PER e-mail today (Feb. 18) :D :D :D :D Plz update my info in the tracker, money order was encashed on Feb. 02 and no. of applicants is 2 not 1. For those who do not know, this is my second round as my first application (reached CIO on Oct 01) was returned back to me due to CAP...
