    it should arrive pretty soon and regarding your first question, it depends on how you asked for it to be delivered. Did you ask them to send you a hard copy (CD) or did you provide them with an email and ask them to email you the GCMS notes?

    for FSWs they don't change the status until they have either issued the visa or have rejected the application so it's pretty much going to stay "in process" until it's changed to "decision made". There's no "medical received" status update.
