Bro, I too not a legal expert. I got the information when I google it. No where it is mentioned that notarization should be done in stamp paper. Instead signing by a notary after checking the authenticity of the document. Bcz i haven't seen any where that all document copies should be...

Bro, notarization doesn't mean that it must be done on a stamp paper. If a notary put his sign and seal also becomes notarized. If we prepare an affidavit from a notary, then it is required to be done in a non-judicial stamp paper.

Only translated copies required to be notarized or all the copy of documents should be signed by a notary ?

Bro, That means, if you are the Primary applicant, but using credit card of a different person. Then you must give the address of the card owner, basically billing address of that credit card. Also card owner has to sign on the form. Hope it clears ur doubt. Thanks Arun
