The update from CIC is based on PER not by the applications received. According to the update PER s issued till May 4th and update came after 2 months. So even if we think that it will take 6 months to fill, the it will be over by October, not December.

Thanks Bro. I have all other supporting documents, including relieving letter, apprasial letters, promotion letter etc. Only problem is I don't have any contact with my previous manager and not sure where she is. But I can get a letter from one of my colleagues.

No Bro. I'm worried, both employers are not ready to give reference letters in CIC specified format. For current job, I'm planning to get the affidavit from my manager ( not in company letterhead ) and for previous employer a self affidavit. I'm not sure whether I can get through with these...
