Child Sponsor - Please please please help

my only caution with the second part of that suggestion (traveling to US) is that they can always refuse re-entry, and that power lies with the border guard you run into.

you can also attach a note to the application explaining that he is employed in the U.S. and your intentions to find work in Canada. Nothing better than clarification when you think things might get muddled. Just put the form number (IMMxxxx) and your name as a header so they know which part...

Child Sponsor - Please please please help

well you can have her come with you as a visitor and then extend her stay with CIC while you get her PR application underway. the issue with that would be that they will see 2 canadian PRs and a 'visiting' baby, so I'm not sure they would believe that the baby is truly visiting and possibly...

Sponsoring your spouse while living in another country

This last part is key, if you both aren't planning to move back, they will wonder why you are applying for a PR at all. Is this something you are both wanting to do? It doesn't need to be super detailed but can be just a general plan. In my case, I said that my wife and I planned to live...

About outland application, affidavit and dependent children forms.

Forgot to mention that Outland is quicker, you CAN leave the country, but you will have to wait until you are given PR until you can begin working. The current wait times are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp

About outland application, affidavit and dependent children forms.

If you are currently in Canada, I would advise to do an INland application. Takes longer than an Outland, but you can begin working after 6 months (you get AIP) if you file an Open Work Permit with your application. But that is my opinion. The downside of the inland is that you are not advised...

they could potentially visit and then extend their visitor's visa. but the larger issue is how to get them sponsored? to qualify for common-law, i think you need to be living together for about a year and file for things together (like taxes) to be considered for common law. can she find...

Do I need translation of all the email and letter into English, please?

In addition, depending on what the 300 page letter is, you may need to get it signed by someone to ensure it's authenticity.

Do I need translation of all the email and letter into English, please?

The answer is yes. CIC will only be able to understand English and French, so anything outside of those languages will need to be translated.

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

I may be understanding this incorrectly, but I believe the sponsor approval means an AIP has been granted. Also, you mentioned on ECAS it says they are processing the application of your spouse (I assume xxxxxx is your spouse :P). While you may not have an AIP, I believe that means and AIP has...

    Just Started the Process

I don't imagine it would cause problems. But I would attach a note to the application explaining the differences and the reasons for them. Better to be transparent and honest with CIC. Hope this helps!
