Resent my PCC , Medical done today , Landing fees paid and now the wait begins again and hopefully for the last time .

I am in the same situation . I sent them one with my application but they have requested the most updated one again . So just get a new one. I dont think you wana risk your application for $45 .

Guys , I got the request again for RCMP today even though i did send them one earlier. But according to them it expires in 6 months. There is no harm in sending one but if they take more than 6 months to process your file you ll have to re do it .

Not being negative at all but i think we should be informed so we are better prepared when situation arise. I know if you in the situation you ll take the steps being discussed but its always good to know what else to expect.

If that is the only option available go for it . Keep in mind though that if your BOWP get processed before receiving AOR ( This varies a lot with every applicant ) you will loose the status . At that point you ll have to apply for restoration but will be ineligible for BOWP.

I would say stay positive . sometime even if they send you file for further process ecas shows decision made, ecas showed decision made even for people who got medical so i wont stress too much till you hear from CIC. File Recieved June 27 Aor Aug2 no medicals yet . I sent my police check with my application though .

They usually have no info on the file unless some decision is made. Better option is to email them and see what needs to be done . you ll have to wait till monday anyways so wait and see what your lawyer says. This should have been handled by your lawyer in the first place if you have one

I saw on CIC that FSW program will start again in May . They have not disclosed the conditions yet but you can try for FSW . If your skill level is not high enough you might get rejected again and will waste another 9 10 months.

I would also suggest contacting a lawyer at this stage . If your bank get a call from lawyer it puts them under pressure to provide you with one .

As long as you have pay stubs , T4 and employment letter with all the job duties you are safe. Make sure you have all 3 of them . Job letter has to be very clear and all your job responsibilities.
