Hi Shibleebd, You need to send copies of the original application forms ( APLICATION FORM, SCHEDULE 1,3,4 FORMS & ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM ). As far as I know, you may send the fees later.

The London embassy has very high volumes of applications. They told me this in an Email. I presume the other embassys are in the same position. I think all stages of the applications are taking longer now.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but surely you showed proof of your settlement funds when you submitted your full application and supporting documents to London. Which is a requirement of that local visa office.

C.I.C. instructions look for a reference letter. And if it is not possible to get one you must submit a letter of explanation as to why you cannot get one.
