85 days, it doesn't mean they will process your application within 85 days. 85 days mean, CIC took 85 days to start processing nov 25th applications. If you count from 25th November to 11 February ( which is their last update ) then you will see it's 85 days. It means CIC took 85 days to process...

On the website it says If it has been longer than the time shown above since you applied, please contact the Call Centre. We are still in time. Let's see this week
