Hello Friends, I got my passport request! Thank Heavenly Father! I have a questions, the Passport request letter doesn't require our photos, but I know some PPR letters they require photos, should I send them?

Anybody has similar things like me: First, the Ecas system showed "We started processing your application on July 9" and then they changed to" We started to processing your application on July 15" which is 6 days later. Does this has a special meaning?
