correct , I have added as TRV with my Spouse Work Permit. Spouse is still In India. So in that case, answer will be still YES.

You are correct, no dependent visa. It's Visitor Visa(TRV).

Can some one apply another work permit Visa on top of valid dependent visa?

My spouse works in an IT MNC and has his employer work permit and I have been added their as a dependent visa. Separately due to my current qualification, I received an work offer letter from a Canada employer. So I presume above answer should be 'No' as I am not dependent on my spouse job...
