Has it been 11months since they’ve sent it to LA? That’s crazy. I saw online if it’s passed the recommended processing time which it says 12months than we could send the web form but still took them that long to respond? Wow that is slow. Thank you for your response, I appreciate it.

Our file was sent to LA dec 18th for further processing as well. I haven’t heard anything since and not even sure what the next step should be.
