I see a request for additional documentation on ecas, but no email. are they sending the request via regular mail? there are no further details on ecas except that "correspondence was sent out on april 30". Is this normal? All my previous correspondence has been via email.

Hello , I had a quick question. as I mentioned above that I got request to submit RPRF fee again but all my emails to date have come from the centralized intake office, does that mean, my application hasn't moved to CPC Ottawa yet? Thanks for any replies.
