hey , I haven't received it yet , its been a month or so since I replied to the email I don't exactly know what is holding them from issuing PPR when there are no restrictions .... fingers crossed . Let me know if you hear something good from them .

ok got it ,I didnt receive an email but there is an update in my portal , when i try to open my application , it says bad gateway

I am from india , i think india is not a visa-exempt country

i dont have visitor visa , i applied last year they only issued for 4 months .

i cant travel to canada with that ecopr . they need to issue ppr for people outside canada .

They didn't mention my file got approved in the email , they just said we are at the end of the process with my application and need to know if i am inland or outland i replied as per their request

I think you need to let them know you are outside canada since you are CEC outlander
