As far as I know, if it is controlled, it's ok, because then it shouldn't be a burden on the Canadian healthcare system. Others have gone through with these. If you are silent in declaring it, the tests done will very likely bring them out.

I am still baffled by the fact that CIC is not noting more than 0 under 1113 on the cap update page even though at least one person in the spreadsheet has received PER. That one is just a mystery to me. Is it an oversight? OR is the entry on the spreadsheet wrong? Hmmm

I think including all that extra info helped to make it easier to perform the background check and hence not take as long. They will ask for the PCC when they send you MR so it's good that you have it ready to send. Honestly, though, I thought that by time KVO was ready for me, my PCC would even...

Hi I had a similar address with a PO Box when I sent documents requested to my local VO. Even though the PO Box was a part of the address, the courier (DHL) just ignored it and actually delivered it to the street address as they know that's the protocol. I suspect it will be the same for you...

Hey, Yes, I did. I erred on the side of caution and sent everything they asked for and even some things they didn't, lol. Most of the suggestions actually came from this forum (thanks guys ;)). Sent original PCC, offer letter, 4 months pay slip, business card of both person signing experience...
