I have the same situation with you. VO transferred from Edmonton to Ottawa, and criminality is still in progress, others are not started : ( (Eligibility was in process when the vo was in Edmonton)

We are in the same boat. CEC Inland, I raised webform in April and it said my vo is Edmonton, eligibility is in process, but the vo is changed to Ottawa and eligibility also changed to not started according to the webform in June!!! Besides, I renewed my work permit in May and was approved...

You can ask which vo is processing your application and would like to know the status of your eligibility criminality and security.

Generally speaking, you will get the feedback in one week. But I get the reply in 20mins last time. So I think it varies sometimes, and it’s possible it may also be delayed due to the Covid-19.

Not exactly. Anyway, you can raise a webform to ask about your VO.

Hi guys, I just checked my profile and all information remains the same ( webform raised on April 15, 2020, eligibility/ criminality in process and security not start). However, I was astonished my bridging work permit was approved on Jun 3, which was applied on May 11!!! Just 18 business days...

AOR 14 Feb, CEC Inland. I raised webform one month ago and got the reply that VO is Edmonton, criminality/eligibility in process, security not started yet. May raise another webform to check all status when it comes to 4 months.

It's pretty simple. You just need to express that you are wondering which visa office is processing your application and how about the status of eligibility, criminality and security. That's it!
