They are not an official IRCC app, but a third party. So at the end of the day, its a prediction based on previous draws, just like we do on this forum. So If IRCC decides to not have a draw today, im pretty sure most would be caught off guard.

Agree. although the prediction keeps changing - probably as and when new profiles get added to the pool / tracker and then extrapolated

No. IRCC does not have any app. It is an independently made free app made by some fellow newcomers - as I read in some other group. Has a lot of EE procedural info too.
