Hi mm15744, Per Indian law, its illegal to send/receive passport by mail/courier across Indian boundaries. If your country does not have a similar law, you should be able to send it by DHL. You could visit DHL's website to check the list of items which can be sent and received from Philippines...

deepakkatoch ...its 6 months that ur passport is with NDVO? Did you email/fax them enquiring @ ur passports? Can visa stamping take like 6 months? Make sure they don't misplace ur passports.

I received MR and RPRF request in July, 6 months will complete in Oct in my case. NDVO is working at snails pace but good part is ... they are working :) . Everyone will eventually have everything in place ... Canadian govt is training us to have abundant patience as even after reaching Toronto...
