I believe I created it like months ago and did not remember having it. Just visit the portal site - https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, and then create an account. However based on IRCCs email it may create a delay if you create your own.

Got the 2nd email now. It turns out I already created an account so I got an email saying a case was added to my online account. Submitted the pictures and declaration. Hoping to get eCOPR soon! VO Montreal

Same here. Received the PR Confirmation portal June 16 and replied the same day. Still waiting for the credentials. Montreal VO.

Hi All, I got my confirmation portal email last Friday. I sent my reply at the same hour however the date I provided was wrong so I had to reply again. Now I was expecting the 2nd email to be sent today based on others timelines but did not get any. Office says Montreal. Does anyone have...
