I got same problem with photo MISSING ithink its normal .I got ecopr 10feb 2023. Just waiting pr card .after ecopr . File number changed thats name pr card file application number .u guys can take that number pr card agent from ircc agent same toll free number.

I got my ecopr email to download from portal .I uploaded everything in 15 january . Today I got ecopr . Pr card not yet. But my pr spousal inland file approved in two months very lucky..

I think u can use same credentials pr portal which u used for ur application .I did same

I got email from ircc. Send us port of Entry last time to finalize portal.. Because last Email I wrote only vancouver .this email I wrote vancouver international Airport. So any guys have like this experience. I waiting me ecopr. Uploaded everything in 15 january
