When I was having issues I was told it was because the application was now transferred and that I needed to link it to an account in the PA’s name. That ended up working for me.

So CIC cannot confirm your file has been transferred? I have not received a transfer notification or email of any sort but when I called the other day they told me my file had already been transferred to the VO in Mexico.

Waiting for some information about our application as well. My husband is in La Romana! Maybe we can all get together when we finally get through! I know he’d be happy to connect with some other Dominicans while building his new life here

Yea the only consisten message I’ve heard is that things take long at the VO in Mexico. All of us waiting on that VO can expect to wait until the 12 month processing timeline. I am six months in, how about others?
