Most of the observation said and put data that SVO took 1+ month to stamp PR visa if it goes vis VFS.

I noticed that many cases visa stamping date and release to VFS is a long gap of 10 days, some cases 5-8 days. My thinking, after visa stamp they handover it to vfs but actually not. They keep it some days-Why? Is there any suggestion? Please share.
