Hi guys, i got a reply today from both BIQ HK and Visa office KL that I may land at Ottawa airport and visit one of their offices in quebec after reaching Quebec. They did not mention anythng about showing onwards journey ticket at the airport. So i have decided to land at Ottawa airport itself...
