super visa gives you 2 year stay in one landing and you will have to do an exit after that. You can probably get a US visa ( if you get one ) for your parents or grand parents while they are here and do an exit and re-entry there . 6 month validity is for regular visitor visa

No easy answer for that question but i can give you some suggestions though. CIC is processing June CEC applications currently. unless you are selected for security screening , your timeline suggests that you should be getting your PPR in the next couple of weeks ( possibly this week even )...

Same thing as above Tahir, they might have already approved your application , try giving them a call. CIC sometimes doesn't update your profile and they have a tendency to delay sending the passports out sometimes.

There will not be any changes to your account indicating PPR mail. once your application is approved your status might change ( has seen both cases though ). you should give them a call to check your status, they might have it already approved and not sent it out. your timeline suggests that.
