Same thing happened to me. My spouse’s PR card was approved and mailed today, while mine is still showing submitted status… eCOPR: January 31st VO: Montreal

41 days… not even a single ghost update…

I’ve been waiting for my PR card since January 31. No updates at all on my GCkey account. My eCOPR was sent from Montreal office, but my PR portal credential was sent from Calgary VO.

Same thing happened to me. Try to change the dimensions to legal-size paper (8.5 x 14 inches, if I’m not mistaken). I couldn’t do it at home, so I went to a staples nearby to print mine.

I don’t know… I believe it will take at least 1 month to get a reply…
