True PER waiting time will be longer than usual especially for 6th , 7th May applicants

As advised many times.. those who dont have surname do as follows just " write all given names in surname field and leave the name field blank it is the acceptable policy by CIC as its mentioned in their website ( as well as in the form filling guides )

:) UID was for good purpose but the complexity of system has overshadowed it. Rather than cancelling the whole project govt should have thought some other alternative ,Now the whole budget which was allocated went in vain...Only God knows ..when will we have good days " "Acche din"

wow.. congratulations so after almost a week gap from people with same NOC and timestamp 1:57 pm .. they got charged earlier!! I think now proobably you can ask more or see whats is in ECAS showing .. good luck for next steps
