Thanks for your reply! I ended up getting the Biometrics request via e-mail yesterday, and Sponsorship Approval today! Looks like they skipped the AOR. Hopefully I won't need to call them now, but in any event at least I now have the application number :-). Thanks again.

If it makes you feel any better, I was a Feb 12th applicant and didn't get an AOR, but received the biometrics request today! Looks like they really do just skip it sometimes. I was also unable to find anything on ECAS and wasn't able to link using the GC Key using the name and date of birth...

Hi there, unfortunately I'm not knowledgeable enough about this type of situation as I'm sure many of us may not be. Perhaps you could also try asking in the 2016 thread which has been around longer and may have some participants who have a situation similar to yours or know what you should do...

My husband's OWP shows up as approved on My CIC as of yesterday! We submitted the Application on May 31, 2017. Now waiting for it to show up in the mail, and for the next step in the process as his Schedule A and Police Certificate have been uploaded already.

Application was sent in on May 31 and we're still waiting too! Based on what I've been seeing it seems like we have at least two more weeks before it comes through, since many people have been getting them within two months of the application date.

Small update: Yesterday when I'd linked our Application to the system I had a message waiting with the letter requesting the Schedule A and PCC. I just uploaded both to the system and submitted them, so now the waiting game resumes. For what it was worth I tried linking the OWP App. today...
