    Yes. You should include all travel history (leaving and entering other countries), including your travels from India to USA and vice versa. It is better to submit WebForm and see what they suggest.

    No. You need to complete COPR validation for applying new SIN. Dont worry, you can use current SIN till you get new one. I asked one Service Canada office about usage of 2 SIN numbers in a given tax year. He said, there will be no complications with tax filing as both the numbers will be linked...

    The photographer stamped and entered d date the photo was taken and the shop’s address on backside of a copy. U dnt need to wrry about it now as you already got ur copr.

    Also make sure you have single entry visa on your passport if you are from a country that requires visa to enter Canada.

    They asked my 1. Passport 2. Took n retained my prev Work permit 3. COPR n instructions letter Some officers may ask proof of ur Canada address. they didn’t ask me for proof, but just asked me to confirm.

    You can print and bring your payment receipt. They didn’t ask me at border. But CIC officer asked my friend when he went by booking appointment.

    You may not required to worry about POF if your class is CEC and have a valid job. Can you double check whether you are selecting correct Job class and code?

    That will be really painful. I had similar experience with my TRV last year, but luckily CIC helped me in providing the tracking number from the return envelope.

    Did not you note down the tracking number while purchasing the return envelope from Canada post? If not, CIC customer care guys will be able to provide it, but its very long wait call.
