Clear your browser history, reopen the browser and then try to log in. It worked for me when I had the similar issue sometime ago

read this in another thread, agent said it on call that VFS offices are closed in India so they are not issuing dm to Indian PAs

I got the PPR email on Saturday Morning, 36 hours after the ghost update will be submitting passport to NDVO AOR: 30 Dec :)
