Yes, super excited na makasama asawa ko...2 days after ma-DM si hubby, nareceive nya ang visa. Nakakagulat! Then today, July 24, saka lang nagchange into Canadian address ang ecas nya. ;D Malapit na rin makareceive ng DM ang remaining 2011 applicants. Thanks to everyone's support! LJPM

Have you tried calling your MP for follow-up.....or even the embassy, just to make sure they received your documents...

Sis, tanggap na ng hubby ko Visa nya! July 19 in the morning, Manila time. Parating na rin ang sa hubby mo for sure! Ganito pala ang feeling! Super happy! :) Wish ko lang, mareceive na rin nung ibang 2011 applicants mga visa nila. LJPM

Thanks msrh for your word of support and encouragement! I'm pretty sure my husband's application is getting delayed for some other reason - he did work outside of the Philippines for a long time. I sincerely believe it's not because we've only been married for a year. Timeline is a factor but...

Wag ka masyado magrely sa ECAS. Kasi yung sa husband ko, ever since ay Application Received: pero may Medical Results Received. Ganun na sya mula pa noong February. Hindi accurate ang information sa ECAS. NAgkakataon dun sa iba na masisipag ang VO, up to date ang bawat step ng files nila...

I was also trying to log in sa ECAS, mukhang down sila ngayon. Baka nga good sign na nag-uupdate sila kaya ganun. SANA Updates na!!! ;D

Case to case basis kasi yan eh. Kami, from the time matapos ang medical bago dumating yung PPR, inabot ng 4 months. Baka yung iba mabilis lang.

Don't worry, it won't affect his sponsorship. As long as he doesn't file for welfare, ok lang. You don't even need to update CIC about it. :)
