They asked for Bank Statements with last 3 months transactions. (Savings and Credit Card/Liabilities) IM 0008 Form from my FSW2014 application Declaration of intended job in application form(redo the page) Declaration of NOC and Proof that my job experience matched back to the NOC selected

Just an update, i got request for updated/additional documents yesterday (june 10, 2015) its an intend to decline email so wish me luck with gathering the right and convincing documents.

wow, i get what you are saying, the communication is not confirmation but its something to indicate and intent to let you through. however i didnt see you on the SS. what are your dates for submission of application and AOR?

as i wait for some form of reply form NS after my AOR i can only say that due to the thorough nature of the assessment the would want to know why not stay in the States since you have been there some time now etc. and the fact that they are asking for employers contact information would suggest...
