    any doc which you feel was missed or not uploaded should be sent to them through mail, sooner the better. After approx 2days open your OASIS log in and you would see that they have uploaded or replaced your sent doc, I would also suggest you to join SNIP whatsapp group which may help you...

    you can email them with updated docs giving proper reason why you missed them out, they would upload them in a day or two Not sure what you mean by OLD IELTS, if its not expired and not less than the required IELTS score it should work..
