@eas2lv Update: Got a Purolator tracking number a few minutes ago. BLS website says Counter delivery to BLS Center after OCI Stamping. I guess, I'll get it in a couple of days.

Submitted an application to BLS on August 14th. August 28 Application was returned because "baby's mouth was open in the picture". Resubmitted the application on August 29th after submitting a new picture. Application date on BLS website 07 - September 2023 BLS Toronto (Brampton).

My AOR is 5th November. CEC processing is faster than FSW so don't worry!

The average wait time seems to be around 50 days post AOR, longer if you are a PNP candidate may vary for CEC.
