I just tried calling IRCC 1-888 number again, went through the prompts. Of course they are "experiencing high wait times" and they wouldn't even allow me to stay on the line and wait. The call hung up/ disconnected after she said that message. So disappointing.

That is what they say. I tried and it didn't work. The system told me the receipt number was incorrect and should be in a format different then the number on my receipt. It confused me even more. Perhaps if my application is not in the system then it cannot read it?

That may make sense for them to open and apply a # to them, but not how it works. We are all waiting patiently not knowing if they received it, if they consider it complete. All I can rely on is FedEx delivered it. I am a March 2020 applicant and have heard nothing, applied Outland.
