Dear, if someone has not applied in 2020, that person was most probably not eligible. There is no point being aggressive in your reply. That being said, I still advocate to open this PGP system next year for all and improve the selection process based in the eligiblity and the wait time.

Isn't that going to be unfair for those who are already in queue since 2020 and not getting picked up this time? Also, if someone is in real need of bringing parents here due to extreme circumstances, they can explore 'Humanitarian PR Pathway'.

As per my knowledge, CIC sent 13360 invitations in 2020 due to resources limitation at the start of Covid. Please double check at your end.
