hello Arlene, same tau ng situation, just sent our passport last Sept 9 sa VO, we have to land daw in Canada on or b4 may 21, 2014...so far yong iba ang timeline nila ay more or less 4 wks

Ay ganun ba, nasa Canada na pla cya....I understand d COURIER COLLECT, but our problem is there is no courier collect here in our place kc we'r outsyd the country as of now...I've inquired 3 courier already but they don't have that option here, kahit na prepaid pa. so I decided to address it to...

Thanks Flor Co....so far naman ok ung FedEx na palagi naming pinapadalhan to Pinas Embassy....ang problem namin kung papano I sesend back to us pagkatapos ng visa stamping since they require a COURIER COLLECT ...hindi po pwed didto ang collect f outside the country ang destination...

we'r required only to submit 2 recent photos w/ specifications attached....do not write ur name at the back
