    No idea, what is stopping CIC to give PPR request for PNP's too much frustrating :( :( :( Mine GCMS notes says ready to finalize on 2nd feb. its almost 1.5 month now.

    you have enough time , do apply in April Mid, mine was getting expire on Jan -08-2017 and i applied BOWP in Nov.
